Sharka's Retro window switch.
By popular demand, I have a batch of custom Retro Electric Window Switches for sale! I’ve been busily building these over the past week. I now have a batch of four to sell.
On the workbench.
The least fun part of the job.
The plates were machined by a friend. The hoops come from an aircraft supplier. The switches are high-current models from Parts Express. And finally, the donor bodies come from Mazda. I hand-assembled all of the components. They’re identical to the one that Sharka wears.

I’d like to get $125 each, shipping included. I’d like to offer them for less, but all of the components are expensive. Those hoops are $7 each. This price lets me break even and make a couple dollars for my time building them.

All of these sold within 3 hours of me posting them. Perhaps I’ll make a 2nd batch…
Look great, and I know how expensive the parts are to put together. These are a bargain.
I think I’m gonna do a core charge next time so I can keep myself in factory switches to hack apart…
And there are many beers with your name on it if we should ever happen to be in the same pub.
