More than just a little plate. Each kit lets you either drill and mount the plate with the included tiny button-head capscrews
or you can glue on the capscrew heads and install with the 3M mounting tape.

There's enough tape included to remove and install the plate a couple of times. Just cut a small square and stick it on.

The plates themselves are precision water jet cut 1mm aluminum. The shift pattern is a diecut sticker printed on special brushed
aluminum material. This is the same stuff Mazda used from the factory to print the NA and NB Miata door sill inserts (that say Miata or Roadster).
Installed

The plates are 20mm (.78") by 30mm (1.18") wide. That's pretty small and allows you to fit the plate nearly anywhere.

It fits perfectly on the right side of an NB center console.

For those without the factory steering wheel, there's lots of room on the plastic hub cover.

The left side of the console has a ton of room, but with the hand brake down, you can't see the shift plate.

The plate isn't curved, but it can easily mount on a curved surface with the included 3M mounting tape.

You can even stash it down low. These little plates fit nearly anywhere.
About These Plates
The Retro Shift Plates are made by me, Adam of revlimiter LLC. I get the metal pieces cut in large batches and can always print more
shift patterns. We own all of our own machinery at revlimiter (well, not the water jet) and can always make a short run to fit your
unique car. If these plates are sold out, it's only a short wait until more can be water-jetted for you.
