revlimiter Badges - Model 80
Buy a Model 80 Badge - 58mm Single - $39 $33 USD
Details
- Gen2 designs with higher quality materials and finishing.
- Works with most cars. Some models will need holes filled left over from OEM badges.
- Composed of vinyl and solar-cell quality polyurethane epoxy.
- Badges are chromed diecast metal. No cheap plastic here.
- 3M 20 lb tape included with each badge.
- Completely customizable. Check out some examples here! A fee will apply for custom work.
- Shipping calculated at checkout. US customers receive Priority Mail.
International orders will be sent via EMS or Priority International.
Badges come in three sizes: 85mm, 58mm and 50mm. These sizes reflect the overall outer diameter of each badge, not the inner logo size.
- The 58mm are meant for the NA and NB1 nose (fits the NB2 if you fill the holes). It has a wide double bevel around the inner design. This is the
most popular size.
- The 85mm badge is rather large for an older car, but fits the NB2 (01-05) nose well and covers the mounting holes. They can also work well with
a larger car or newer.
- The 50mm are meant to side mount on the fenders and hardtop. The 50mm also fits the NB trunk lid perfectly.
- All revlimiter Badges are solid metal. They're a level above the OEM chrome plastic they'll likely replace.
The 50mm badge is very low profile by design to keep it close to the body. The 58mm and 85mm have a wider bezel and stick out a bit further.
Each badge ships with a strip or two of 3M 20 lb mounting tape. It's extremely strong. You can almost pick up the whole car with the stuff!
(But seriously, you need to be SURE of the location before you stick the crazy 20 lb tape on your car.)

About the Ordering Process
Every item in this store is hand-crafted, made one set at a time. Everything is made to your specs. There's no mass production.
Because of this, there might be a short delay between placing your order and shipping. Badges usually take a couple days to
make and require 24 hours to cure before I can pack and ship.
If there's a long wait, I'll contact you via email to inform you of any delays.
California Residents:
California requires the following notice: Badges may contain vinyl and mercury, chemicals known to the State of California to
cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.
FAQ
Q: Can I have matching center cap inserts made?!?!
A: Yes! Due to the different sizes that center caps come in, each order would be custom. I'll request measurements in mm to 2 decimal places.
You also must actually have center caps on hand. I cannot make the plastic thing (the actual center cap) that fits your wheel. Go to
the Center Cap page to read more and place an order.
Q: Can I have a matching keychain made?
A: Sure! Keychains can be seen on the
revlimiter Keychain Page.
Q: Why does it cost more to change one of the colors?
A: I keep all of the standard colors in stock. To make a single badge with different colors, that requires me to make a whole
batch of them up. Making a whole batch up requires time. And I don't have a whole lot of free time lately. I'm sorry, but I have
to charge extra for color changes.
Q: Can I order a matching horn button from you?!??
A: Yes!!! Go to the
Horn Button page to see the designs.
Q: I'd really like a rectangular badge. Make it happen.
A: Sure! The mold fee for each new shape is around $1200. If you really want a shape or size not shown above, just let me know.
It takes about 3 months for tooling and production in addition to the mold fee.
Q: Can I order one of the special keychain designs (a tach, rainbow kitty, etc)?
A: Sure! The badges use solvent-printed vinyl and can have small detail prints made easily. Just hit the custom order form.
