One of the final things needed for The Sharka Rebuild project was some paint work on the driver’s side lower door panels. Being an extremely professional car guy, I decided rattle cans were the only way to go.
Sharka has a ClubRoadster sticker. It required an entire blog post.
This blog post is mostly a commercial for my newest Miata how-to, a fender-blinker install. Hit the post or just go straight to the install.

August 8th, 2009 — Elise seats in a Miata
There were a few more photos to take of my spiffy new Elise seats. Me sitting in the seat, an Elise seat in an NB Miata (my wife’s car), and some seatbelt receiver detail shots. And here they all are! Enjoy.
August 7th, 2009 — Elise seats in a Miata
After months of sitting in my living room, my Lotus Elise seats have been relocated to their rightful place – mounted in Sharka! Check out the post for lots-o-pix of the seats and the seat brackets.
Finally, after weeks of gathering parts, I present my super-vintage-retro door panel project. With photos of sharks!
Some in-progress shots of a few projects I’ve been gathering parts for over the past couple months. Got some vinyl, some shiny bits, and an Elise seat update! Man, I can’t wait to sit in some Elise seats…
July 23rd, 2009 — Sharka pix
Just a quick blog post to show off a photo I snapped of Sharka during a lightning storm. Greased Lightning – one exposure for 3 seconds.
