Polaroid announced the death of their beloved instant film products on February 8th, 2008. I was fortunate
enough to get to know the joy of a developing pola before the film dried up. Everyone should know that joy.
Watching the image form before your eyes, then holding it in your hands and sharing it with your friends... It is
a kind of magic that you don't get with a digital photo. Don't get me wrong, I love my digital Nikon. But I look forward
to those times when I hold my 1970s Polaroid SX-70 in my hand and hear that THUNK!-wrrrrrr-click.
And whatever you do, don't look in my fridge.
